The Guy Brewster Hughes Gallery is located in the Lake Placid Public Library
A public space devoted to the works of Adirondack artists
Guy Brewster Hughes Gallerye has a small not-for-profit gallery featuring regional artists where anything can pop up, from kindergarten Christmas scrawls to student painting and photography and to works of accomplished professionals.
Upcoming this spring and summer: May 27 through June-Works of the student 24-hour photography competition sponsored by the Lake Placid Institute and featuring works from throughout the Adirondacks July-Retrospective showing and sale of works by the late Lake Placid artist and instructor John Gallucci.
