You may know them by Saranac Brewing, but F.X. Matt Brewing Company is the fourth oldest family-owned brewery in the United States and has been in the game since 1888. Skirting the prohibition agents by focusing on soda during the country's brewing dark ages, Saranac Brewing has weathered the years and gone back to the beers. The brewery gives tours, but you should probably make an appointment.
