Design, forge and fabricate
Artisan Lisa Nortz is a second-generation silversmith, taught by her parents, Butch and Pat Bramhall. She designs, forges, fabricates and weaves all of her jewelry using sterling silver wire, sheet and scrap as well as fine silver, 18K yellow gold and copper.
Handmade chain is her specialty and she makes more than 30 different styles. Many of her pieces are one-of-a kind and she enjoys bezel setting natural stones and dichroic glass to add to the jewelry.
Much of the year, Lisa can be found traveling to artisan shows in Northern NY and then working in her studio every day that she's home.
