The southern crossing of Lake Champlain Ferries, which operates three different runs across the lake. From downtown Essex, this ferry takes you on a scenic ride across Lake Champlain to Charlotte, Vt. From there, you can spend the day exploring the Shelburne Museum or Shelburne Farm in the warmer months, or journey into Burlington for a fun day trip.
